Woolshed Block Sauvignon Blanc
Woolshed Block Sauvignon Blanc 2012 - 5 Stars Michael Coopers Buyers Guide 2014.
"The 2012 vintage (5*) is a single-vineyard wine, fermented in seasoned oak barrels. Mouthfilling, it is vibrantly fruity and rich, with concentrated peach, passionfruit and lime flavours, a subtle seasoning of oak, finely balanced acidity and a long, dry (3 grams/litre of residual sugar) very harmonious finish. It's delicious now."

Wonderfully maturing sauvignon, the complex bouquet shows baked apple, lemon curd, beeswax, dried herb and orange peel aromas, followed by a succulent palate that is beautifully weighted and flavoursome. It is juicy and lively while offering creamy texture and rounded mouthfeel, finishing long and delightful. Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
Woolshed Block Sauvignon Blanc 2013 - 4 Stars
Very attractive and accessible single-vineyard sauvignon blanc with lime, salt, mineral, gooseberry and tree fruit flavours. The wine has appealing purity and an attractive balance between alcohol sweetness and acidity. Still fresh and lively after lengthy bottle age. A delicious drink. Bob Campbell, The Real Review
